Rebuild this design for every vendor
One ZIP with seven folders — each holding this artwork resized to that vendor's own canvas, in a format they accept, centred inside their safe area, and squeezed under their file size limit.
What gets checked
- Format — read from the file's own bytes, not the extension. A JPEG renamed to .png is caught here.
- Dimensions — exact match where the vendor demands it, minimum and ceiling where they publish one.
- Effective DPI — your pixels spread across a standard 15 × 18 in front print, not the number written in the file's metadata. Vendors that say DPI does not affect uploads are left alone.
- File size — against each vendor's ceiling, including the lower caps some of them apply to SVG. Spreadshirt's 10 MB is the tightest here.
- Transparency — whether transparent pixels are really present, not just an alpha channel — and whether any of them are partly transparent, which Spreadshirt prints wrong.
- Safe zone — how close artwork sits to the edge, against roughly ±0.125 in of press movement. Skipped for vendors that trim the edges themselves.
